Service 01

Foundation Repair

Foundations move for many reasons: soil conditions, water, age, and construction details all play a part. We look at the whole picture before recommending a repair, so the solution fits the cause rather than just the symptom.

Common problems

  • Cracks in poured or block foundation walls
  • Bowing or leaning basement walls
  • Uneven or sloping floors
  • Doors and windows that stick or no longer latch

Potential solutions

  • Crack repair
  • Structural stabilization
  • Wall reinforcement
  • Helical pier systems

Service 02

Basement Waterproofing

Water in a basement usually has a source you can trace: a crack, a poorly sloped yard, overwhelmed gutters, or hydrostatic pressure against the walls. We identify where water is coming from and recommend the right way to manage it.

Common problems

  • Water seeping through walls or the floor joint
  • Damp, musty basement air
  • White mineral deposits (efflorescence) on walls
  • Standing water after heavy rain

Potential solutions

  • Foundation crack sealing
  • Interior drainage
  • Exterior waterproofing
  • Grading & water management

Helical Piers

Helical piers are steel shafts with screw-like plates that are turned into the ground until they reach suitable soil. Once in place, they can be attached to a foundation to help support it. They're one tool among several, and whether they're appropriate depends on site conditions.

Common problems

  • Foundation settlement in one area of the home
  • Cracks that widen over time
  • Sloping floors linked to foundation movement
  • Porches, additions, or stoops pulling away from the house

Potential solutions

  • Site evaluation
  • Pier installation
  • Foundation bracket attachment
  • New construction support

Service 04

French Drain Installation

A French drain is a trench with gravel and a perforated pipe. Water in the soil flows into the gravel, enters the pipe, and is carried to a safer discharge location. Placement and slope matter, so each system is planned around the property's layout.

Common problems

  • Soggy or pooling areas in the yard
  • Water collecting near the foundation
  • Runoff from slopes or neighboring properties
  • Basement moisture linked to saturated soil

Potential solutions

  • Exterior French drains
  • Interior perimeter drains
  • Downspout & discharge planning

Service 05

Chimney Repair

Chimneys take the full force of weather. Freeze-thaw cycles, water, and age wear down mortar and brick over time. Repairing damage early can help prevent more extensive masonry work later.

Common problems

  • Cracked or missing mortar joints
  • Spalling, chipped, or crumbling bricks
  • Cracked chimney crown
  • Loose masonry near the top of the chimney

Potential solutions

  • Tuckpointing
  • Brick replacement
  • Crown repair
  • General masonry repair

Service 06

Chimney Rebuilding

When a chimney is leaning, severely deteriorated, or has extensive loose masonry, repair alone may not be enough. A partial rebuild (often above the roofline) or a full rebuild restores the structure with new masonry.

Common problems

  • Leaning or visibly shifting chimney
  • Extensive loose or missing bricks
  • Widespread mortar failure
  • Damage from long-term water intrusion

Potential solutions

  • Partial rebuild
  • Full rebuild
  • Crown & cap installation
